Birthed from the realization that some clients are looking for faster results from therapy or have constraints that make weekly appointments difficult, intensives have allowed my clients to invest in their well-being in a non-traditional way.
Intensives create a “bubble” around us to focus on your goals. Some clients come to intensives hoping to prepare for an upcoming event such as labor and delivery or to debrief an event such as a trauma. Intensives can give your healing the attention it deserves.

Intensives are typically scheduled on the weekend (Friday-Sunday) and range in length from 6-12 hours. Every session includes a notebook, snacks, water, tea and breaks to accommodate client needs. Scheduling will be determined based on your stamina and your goals. We will discuss an appropriate length and time for your intensive as well as your expectations over an initial call.

Intensive
$200/hr
6 hr minimum
50% deposit to hold your space
✓ Understanding your history, major life events, identity, and family of origin
✓ Improving resources using Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory and EMDR
✓ EMDR and/or Inner Child Imaginal Nurturing work for past traumas and attachment wounds
